About A&M Property Solutions

A family-run roofing and siding contractor in Johnston, Rhode Island — licensed in two states, in business since 2004, and accountable to a named owner.

What is A&M Property Solutions?

A&M Property Solutions LLC is a family-run roofing and siding contractor based at 1031 Plainfield Street, Suite 14, in Johnston, Rhode Island. The company opened in 2004 and has since worked on more than 3,000 homes. It is registered with the Rhode Island Contractors' Registration and Licensing Board under number GC-46872. It also holds Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration number 213907. The work covers roof replacement, roof repair, siding, and storm damage restoration. Crews are employed directly rather than subcontracted, so the people who quote a job are the people who do it. Adam, the owner, walks most inspections himself and writes every estimate. Homeowners with wind or hail damage also get help filing the insurance claim, including adjuster meetings on the roof. Inspections and written estimates are free, with no obligation to hire. The service area is all of Rhode Island plus southeastern Massachusetts. Call (401) 300-6179 to book an inspection.

Who owns the company?

is the Founder & Lead Estimator of A&M Property Solutions LLC. Adam has worked New England roofs since 2004, first as a crew member and then running his own crews across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. He walks most A&M inspections himself and writes every estimate. That is why the number you are quoted is the number you pay.

That matters more than it sounds. Most roofing complaints in New England come down to the same thing: nobody with authority ever looked at the job. Here the owner writes the estimate and signs off on the finished work, so there is one person to hold responsible.

What work does A&M actually do?

Five things, and nothing outside them. We are not a general remodeller who also does roofs. The whole business is the building envelope — the parts that keep water out of your house.

  • Roof Replacement & InstallationFull tear-offs and new roof systems built to last decades.
  • Roof RepairLeaks, missing shingles, flashing and structural fixes.
  • Storm Damage RestorationFast response — and we handle the insurance claim for you.
  • Siding Inspection & RestorationVinyl, cedar and composite siding repair and replacement.
  • Roof Maintenance ProgramScheduled inspections that catch problems while they're cheap.

Crews are employed, not subcontracted. That is a deliberate choice: it costs more per job, and it is the only way to keep the same standard across every roof we touch.

How long has A&M been in business?

We also carry general liability and workers' compensation cover. Ask for the certificate before work starts — any contractor who cannot produce one on request is not a contractor you want on a ladder above your kitchen. You can confirm both registrations yourself at the public registries:

What does the finished work look like?

These are three of our own jobs, photographed on site by the crew. We publish the before and after of the same roof, not only the tidy finish. Every job runs the same workflow. We inspect, write the scope, tear off, repair the deck, install, then clean up. Since 2004 that workflow has produced results for more than 3,000 customers across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
