What we collect when you request an inspection, why we collect it, and how to have it deleted.

What does this privacy policy say?

This policy explains what A&M Property Solutions LLC does with the information you give us. We collect only what is needed to schedule an inspection and prepare an estimate. That means your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a short description of the problem. We use it to contact you, quote the work, and where relevant, support an insurance claim. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It goes only to people who need it to do the job, such as our crew, our insurer, or your claims adjuster. Inspection records are kept for seven years, because warranty and insurance work depends on them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by calling or emailing the office. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Questions go to [email protected] or (401) 300-6179.

What information do we collect?

When you submit the inspection form we collect your name, phone number, property address, the service you selected, and any message you write. Email is optional. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Why do we collect it?

  • To contact you and schedule the inspection you asked for.
  • To prepare a written estimate for your property.
  • To support an insurance claim, when you have asked us to handle one.
  • To keep a record of work performed, as required by state law.

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people needed to do the job: our own crew, and — if you ask us to manage a claim — your insurance carrier and their adjuster. We will never pass your details to a lead broker or a marketing list.

How long do we keep it?

Inquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twenty-four months. Records for completed jobs are retained for the length of the workmanship warranty plus one year, because we need them to honor that warranty.

Does this site use cookies?

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers. If analytics are enabled they are limited to aggregate page-view counts with no cross-site profiling.

How do I have my data deleted?

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. Email adam.buildbackteam@gmail.com or call (401) 300-6179 and we will confirm in writing once it is done.

What are my rights under Rhode Island and federal law?

Rhode Island has no single consumer privacy statute of its own, so the rules that bind us are the federal ones plus the state identity-theft protection act. Two references are worth keeping to hand:

What does the finished work look like?

These are three of our own jobs, photographed on site by the crew. We publish the before and after of the same roof, not only the tidy finish. Every job runs the same workflow. We inspect, write the scope, tear off, repair the deck, install, then clean up. Since 2004 that workflow has produced results for more than 3,000 customers across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

Roof deck exposed during a full tear-off on a Rhode Island home, before new underlayment goes down.
Stage 3 — tear-off. The deck is where the surprises live.
Completed architectural shingle roof replacement on a ranch-style home in Rhode Island.
Stage 5 — the same style of roof, finished and cleaned up.
Rebuilt chimney flashing detail on a finished roof in Johnston, RI.
Stage 5 detail — rebuilt chimney flashing, the usual leak point.
