How do I contact A&M Property Solutions?
You can reach A&M Property Solutions by phone, by email, or through the inspection form on this page. The office number is (401) 300-6179 and it rings a real person during business hours. Email goes to [email protected] and is answered the same working day. The office is at 1031 Plainfield Street, Suite 14, Johnston, Rhode Island 02919. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sunday is reserved for emergencies such as an active leak or fresh storm damage. Every inspection request gets a callback within one business day. Inspections are free and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards. Have your address ready, a rough age for the roof, and photos if you took any. If wind or hail is involved, tell us the date of the storm. We serve all of Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

When are you open?
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM |
| Saturday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM |
| Sunday | Emergency calls only |
Sunday is emergency cover only. If water is coming in right now, call rather than emailing — we keep a tarp crew on standby through storm season.
How fast will you get back to me?
Within one business day for every inspection request, and usually the same morning. Storm and active-leak calls jump the queue. If you have not heard from us by the next working day, call the office directly and ask for the owner.
What should I have ready?
- The property address and the best number to reach you on.
- A rough age for the roof, even if it is a guess.
- Photos of the damage or the stain, if you were able to take any.
- The date of the storm, if wind or hail is involved.
- Your insurer and claim number, if a claim is already open.
None of it is mandatory. It just means the first conversation is about your roof instead of about paperwork.
Does an inspection cost anything?
No. The inspection, the photo report and the written estimate are all free, and none of them commit you to hiring us. You keep the photos either way — several homeowners have used ours to get a second opinion, which is fine by us.
Which towns do you cover?
Johnston · Providence · Cranston · Warwick · North Providence · Smithfield · Coventry · West Warwick · East Providence · Pawtucket · Attleboro, MA · Fall River, MA
That list covers all of Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. If your town is missing, call anyway. The real limit is drive time, not the town line.
Are you licensed and insured?
- Rhode Island Residential Contractor #GC-46872
- Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor #213907
Both registrations are public and you can check them yourself:
- RI Contractors' Registration and Licensing Board — Verify registration #GC-46872.
- Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registry — Verify registration #213907.
What does the finished work look like?
These are three of our own jobs, photographed on site by the crew. We publish the before and after of the same roof, not only the tidy finish. Every job runs the same workflow. We inspect, write the scope, tear off, repair the deck, install, then clean up. Since 2004 that workflow has produced results for more than 3,000 customers across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
